Join Our Team as an Onsite Office Assistant

Main Duties
  • Process the daily submission, of work orders, time cards, and purchase orders.
  • Assist the Foreman in purchasing for the site.
  • Material hotshots for the site. Company vehicle provided.
  • Daily housekeeping of the modular office and portable washroom on site. Covid-19 protocols in place.
  • Follow the instruction of the General/Site Foreman.
  • Clean Drivers Abstract is required
  • Completion of secondary school is required. Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Knowledge of a working construction site.
  • Understanding of safety protocols, including knowledge of the Muster Point, first aid, and first responders.
