With a current staff of 30+, we’ve successfully completed diverse construction projects in the Agricultural sectors across Western Canada. Specializing in the design and construction of grain handling and further processing facilities, we bring over 20 years of expertise to our projects.

to join our team on a full-time basis. Travel to sites within AB, SK & MB is required.

 Key Responsibilities :
  • Collaborate with the design-build team from project conception to completion.
  • Communicate closely with planning departments and permit authorities.
  • Report regularly on Job Cost, monitoring costs, and maintaining/exceeding estimated margins.
  • Issue subcontracts, purchase orders, change orders, and detail scope assessments.
  • Conduct detailed shop drawing reviews and coordination.
  • Lead project site meetings and distribute minutes promptly.
  • Establish budget controls and work closely with Accounts Payable/Receivable.
  • Ensure quality control, adherence to safety regulations, and project progress in line with company standards.
  • Maintain effective communication with clients on project aspects, schedule, billing, and changes.
Requirements:
  • 10 years of experience in the construction industry, with 7 years of project management experience.
  • Diploma or degree in Construction Engineering or equivalent education/experience.
  • Clear understanding of the building codes for the medium industrial construction industry.
  • Ability to coordinate and oversee projects in the $500,000 to $30 million range.
  • Valid Class 5 driver’s license and a clean abstract.
  • Positive attitude, excellent interpersonal skills, and an eagerness to learn.
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Advanced verbal and written communication skills, and effective organizational and time management expertise.
  • Proficient in computerized job-costing, Office 365; CAD skills are an asset.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex negotiations.
